Ocean Link will locate and install tank fitting(s) to owners that have supplied detailed drawings and specifications. All drawings must include: legible dimensions, written instructions, clear descriptions of necessary work, customer acceptance signature, date, and any other pertinent information that is required for the production of the tank. Ocean Link is not held responsible for errors on drawings or any information that is submitted to us by the owner(s) or owner’s agents. Owner(s) or owner’s agents are responsible for any costs, delays, or additional work by Ocean Link to correct the error(s) that resulted from information and drawings submitted by the owner and/or owner’s agent. In the event of inaccurate submittals by owner(s) or owner’s agent, the owner(s) and/or owner’s agent are fully responsible for alterations or replacement of tank(s) including but not limited to: rework, tank replacement, handling and shipping charges and any and all charges related to corrective actions that was required by Ocean Link. By submitting an order, including all the necessary documents needed for production of tank(s), the owner and/or owner’s agent agrees to hold Ocean Link and it’s manufacturers, distributors, vendors, and employees harmless and not liable for any mistakes or omissions provided by owner(s) or owner’s agents.
